The fabric is bad but it doesn't bother me because I use a baby pillowcase (after all, they're useless). In general, it's convenient but not as convenient as a classic nursing pillow. I have both the classic one and this one. As a second pillow, it's good but not to have only this one. It's not easy to wash but as I said, I put a baby pillowcase on it and everything's fine.
As an idea, it's a good thought but it would be even better if they had considered that a woman who is breastfeeding has just given birth and has a belly, so they could have made a curve where the woman's belly is.
