In the actual product, there are small imperfections which usually don't exist in more expensive teaspoons (dessert spoons). The imperfections concern the smoothness of the transition and are obvious if someone is observant and has other teaspoons. At a quick glance, it looks decent. The chrome plating is good but some pieces have a few more scratches than slightly more expensive teaspoons. I regret buying them (the house fills up with mediocrities) because I seek absolute perfection. I gave a good rating because the imperfections are minor.
