Design inspired by nature and specific traditions of Scandinavian culture. Ideal for roasting vegetables. The multi-layer construction - with an inner and outer layer of stainless steel and an aluminum core - allows for even heating of the pan's surface. The Ceratec™ coating with Thermium™ mineral treatment offers excellent resistant properties, even at very high temperatures. It contains no PFAS substitutes - highly persistent substances in the environment and the human body that may cause health issues. The stainless steel handle is designed to minimize heat transfer. It can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction. The safe usage temperature (oven and baking) reaches up to 270°C. Hand washing is recommended. The base thickness is 3mm.
