Natureo Sparkling Rosé Alcohol Free is produced from the Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. Fermentation takes place for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic character of the variety. Then, using the "Rotating Cone Column" technique, the alcohol is extracted just before bottling. The result is a sparkling wine with 0.0% alcohol content and a generous character.
