    I honestly don't remember ever giving a product a negative 1-star review in all the years I've been shopping online, and I've been shopping for at least 15 years. The reason I'm doing it now is because the product arrived in terrible condition and it really tested my patience, let me explain why:

    1) The plastic wrap was missing from one of the chimney covers!!!
    2) The manual lists incorrect dimensions for the holes for the mounting screws!!!
    3) The brackets on the large glass (the cover of the extractor) were glued on crooked, resulting in it sitting unevenly and sticking out at least 2 centimeters on the right side compared to the panel!!!
    4) The metal sheets of the extractor's frame were dented!!!

    The product was clearly meant to be returned and is not worth any of the money I paid for it. Fortunately, I had all the necessary tools and experience, due to my profession, to dismantle covers, metal sheets, brackets, etc., to square them up and bring them to a decent level!

    I definitely would not recommend such a product to anyone for any reason, and if you are an electrician or kitchen installer and are asked to install it, do a 180-degree turn and run away.

I couldn't find a technician right away, so I decided to install it myself. I contacted the company and spoke with a technician who was very helpful. The installation was done on the already installed pipe Φ125, as the necessary fitting was included in the package. It was placed 85 cm above the cooktop, as they suggested, and thus it effectively absorbs with the lid closed, and there are no more condensations. Among the positive aspects, the touch control stands out, which is integrated onto the glass, as well as the remote control, which allows for remote operation. Additionally, the noise remains at absolutely reasonable levels despite the strong performance.
