This is the first time I am leaving a negative comment on a product I purchased from a store through the Skroutz platform. The review pertains to the product and not the store from which it was purchased. My intention is for potential buyers to see this and avoid it. I gave it one star, and if I could, I would give it a negative rating. I bought 2 pieces (to keep one for future use), along with some other products from the same store. The shipment was prompt, and within 2 days, I had everything in my hands. Today, when I found time, I started to replace the old shower spiral with one of the new ones. The first one I tried broke in my hand as soon as I went to screw in the shower attachment. I assumed I had just gotten a defective one, so I opened the second one (and without using any tools or forcing it in either case), this one didn’t break apart like the first, but it split into two pieces. What I describe is shown in the photos. I have replaced spirals many times and I am not a beginner. I have also bought other cheaper "Chinese" ones that were not as fake. I hope that the other products I purchased from the same store will not be of the same poor quality since I did not proceed with the necessary work. I wish to spare even one potential buyer from an unpleasant "surprise"!

Αγόρασα 2 τεμάχια (για να έχω το ένα για μελλοντική χρήση), μαζί με κάποια ακόμη προϊόντα από το ίδιο κατάστημα. Η αποστολή έγινε άμεσα και σε 2 μέρες είχα τα πάντα στα χέρια μου. Σήμερα που βρήκα χρόνο, ξεκίνησα να αντικαταστήσω το παλιό σπιράλ της ντουζιέρας, με ένα από τα καινούρια. Το πρώτο που δοκίμασα, μου έμεινε στο χέρι μόλις πήγα να βιδώσω το εξάρτημα του ντους. Υπέθεσα ότι έπεσα σε προβληματικό και τυχαίνει αυτό, οπότε άνοιξα και το δεύτερο (και δίχως να χρησιμοποιήσω σε καμία από τις 2 περιπτώσεις κάποιο εργαλείο ή να το ζορίσω), αυτό δεν διαλύθηκε μεν όπως το πρώτο, αλλά έγινε δύο κομμάτια. Ότι περιγράφω είναι στις φωτογραφίες. Έχω αντικαταστήσει σπιράλ πολλές φορές και δεν είμαι πρωτάρης. Επίσης έχω αγοράσει και άλλα φτηνότερα «κινέζικα» που όμως δεν ήταν τόσο ψεύτικα.
