Create a delicious buttercream with this mix from FunCakes. Ideal for filling or covering cakes, pastries, or topping cupcakes. Simple preparation: just add water and unsalted butter.

It can also be used as an insulating layer to cover your cake with fondant or marzipan. Funcakes Buttercream has a vanilla flavor but can be diversified with Saracino flavor pastes and food coloring.

Preparation: The ingredients should be at room temperature.

• For one portion: Add 125ml of water to 125g of the mix and whip with a whisk or mixer.
• Let the mixture rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
• Whip 150g of unsalted butter for 5 minutes until creamy.
• Add the mixture to the butter and whip until homogenized (about 10 minutes).

Coverage: One portion of buttercream is sufficient for filling and covering a 2cm cake or for decorating approximately 12 cupcakes.
