I come from the Logitech Z333 (that is, a 2.1 system)... Obviously, since I previously had a "subwoofer" (if you can call it that, that "cheap" one from the Z333), the bass was a couple of "clicks" better than these new Edifiers I got. Not a big deal, you just "tweak" the knob (for bass) at the back a bit (and for the higher sounds if you want, the other knob) and you get a satisfactory result.
The "secret" (which I didn't know, a musician friend told me) is BEFORE you place/set up/turn on the speakers (these or any others), you need to set the sound in Win11 ("Sound") to around 75% (NOT higher)! Once you do that, connect and turn on the speakers (I'm talking about these ones I got) and "play" with the front knob (volume) to find the satisfactory "default" sound level - e.g. when listening to a podcast. From there on, you "play" with the "Sound" (in Win11) and if you want to raise the volume, you gradually (slowly) increase it.
Also, download FXSound (a little program) that "boosts" your PC's sound without distortions... although personally, I would advise you instead of the "simple" FXSound to download Equalizer APO (and its Peace UI), which is LIGHT YEARS better for "pushing" your sound.
In general, I consider these new Edifiers FAR SUPERIOR (to the Logitech Z333 I replaced), because:
a) they are a SERIOUS WOODEN construction (of the speakers) and not cheap plastic!
b) they are QUITE "deep" (in volume) and not super narrow like the previous ones
c) you realize they are SERIOUS speakers, from the moment you connect them together with the "wires" (red-black) and clamp them with the "clips" - no cable is "attached" to the main (amplified) speaker
d) there are no losses. For example, with the Z333 I listened at 50% with the speakers, then plugged in the headphones into the wired "knob-controls" and... I had to go up to 90% to hear with the headphones! If, by mistake, the "jack" (of the headphones) came out, IT WAS A DISASTER from the MAX volume that suddenly played!... Here, with these, AS I WAS LISTENING with the speakers, I heard at the SAME sound level as soon as I plugged in the headphones!
In general... don't expect from the speakers (by themselves) "effects" and other stuff like Logitech or SoundBlaster speakers etc. The speakers are semi-PROFESSIONAL for Studio (recordings etc), meaning they don't have the "ultra powerful sound for partying", but they have perfect crystal clear sound (without distortions etc)... Now, if you ALSO want to "party", then buy an external PROFESSIONAL (!) sound card (not SoundBlaster and "nonsense", a professional card), to get 110% out of these speakers!
Advice (from an "old PC guy"):
I don't have an onboard sound card, I have the Asus Xonar DX... which unfortunately "NO LONGER WORKS" well - since I installed Win11! If you don't know, Asus stopped supporting Xonar for Win11, so I'm running the ANCIENT drivers (2015! For Win10), so I have SERIOUS losses or some "issues" (static electricity now and then)... so, I disconnected the Xonar (got rid of it) and now use the latest onboard Realtek from the MSI motherboard...
For those who want better sound (in games, movies etc) DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE (!) of getting an external "gaming" sound card (like Sound Blaster X4 and similar)!... First, they cost 100+ euros, and second, they really AREN'T worth the money!...
Personally, I ordered a cheap professional (for musicians) external sound card (Behringer UMC202HD), cables to connect the speakers (RCobra Cable 6.3mm male to 6.3mm male 1m - obviously two pieces) and an adapter for my headphones (Vention Adapter 6.3mm male to 3.5mm female Blue VAB-S01-L)...
Total? ... Around 100 euros (total, all together), MUCH CHEAPER than a "gaming" external sound card... and LIGHT YEARS BETTER SOUND (professional)!
Nevertheless... even if you don't get anything extra... just with the little program I mentioned (Equalizer APO), you'll still have very clear crystal (AND loud!) sound.

Προέρχομαι από Logitech Z333 (δηλαδή 2.1 σύστημα)... Προφανώς, αφού πριν είχα "subwoofer" (ο Θεός να το κάνει, το "φτηνιάρικο" εκείνο του Ζ333), τα μπάσα ήταν ένα-δυο "κλικ" ανώτερα από αυτά τα νέα Edifier που πήρα. Μικρό το κακό, "πειράζεις" λίγο τη ροδέλα (του μπάσου) από πίσω (και των υψηλότερων ήχων αν θέλετε, η άλλη ροδέλα) και έχεις ένα ικανοποιητικό αποτέλεσμα.
Το "μυστικό" (που δεν ήξερα, φίλος μουσικός μου το 'πε) είναι ΠΡΙΝ τοποθετήσετε/ρυθμίσετε/ανάψετε τα ηχεία (αυτά εδώ ή οποιαδήποτε άλλα), πρέπει να ρυθμίσετε τον ήχο των Win11 ("Sound") γύρω στο 75% (ΟΧΙ παραπάνω)! Αφού το κάνετε, συνδέετε και ανάβετε τα ηχεία (μιλάμε πια για αυτά εδώ που πήρα κι εγώ) και "παίζετε" με την μπροστινή "ροδέλα" (volume) να βρείτε το ικανοποιητικό "default" ύψος του ήχου - πχ. όταν ακούτε potcast. Από 'κει και πέρα, "παίζετε" με το "Sound" (των Win11) και αν θέλετε να βάλετε πιο πάνω τον ήχο, προοδευτικά (σιγά-σιγά) τον ανεβάζετε.
Επίσης, να κατεβάσετε το FXSound (ένα προγραμματάκι) που "boost-άρει" τον ήχο του PC, δίχως παραμορφώσεις... αν και προσωπικά, θα σας συμβούλευα αντί του "απλού" FXSound να κατεβάσετε το Equalizer APO (και το Peace UI του), που είναι ΕΤΗ ΦΩΤΟΣ καλύτερο πρόγραμμα για να "πουσάρετε" τον ήχο σας.
Γενικά, αυτά εδώ τα νέα μου Edifier τα θεωρώ ΜΑΚΡΑΝ ΑΝΩΤΕΡΑ (των Logitech Z333 που αντικατέστησα), διότι:
α) είναι ΞΥΛΙΝΗ ΣΟΒΑΡΗ κατασκευή (των ηχείων) κι όχι πλαστικούρα!
β) είναι ΑΡΚΕΤΑ "βαθιά" (σε όγκο) κι όχι θεόστενα σαν τα προηγούμενα
γ) αντιλαμβάνεσαι ότι είναι ΣΟΒΑΡΑ ηχεία, απ' τη στιγμή που τα συνδέεις μεταξύ τους με τα "συρματάκια" (κόκκινο-μαύρο) και τα "πιάνεις" με τα "μανταλάκια" - κανένα καλώδιο δεν είναι "attached" στο βασικό (ενισχυμένο) ηχείο
δ) δεν έχουν απώλειες. Πχ. στα Ζ333 άκουγα στο 50% με τα ηχεία, τοποθετούσα τα ακουστικά στην ενσύρματη "ροδέλα-controls" και... έπρεπε να τα πάω στο 90% για να ακούω με τα ακουστικά! Αν δε, κατά λάθος, μου έβγαινε το "jack" (των ακουστικών), ΓΙΝΟΤΑΝ "ΤΗΣ ΠΟΠΗΣ" απ' το ΤΕΡΜΑ ήχο που ξαφνικά ακουγόταν!... Εδώ σ' αυτά, ΟΣΟ ΑΚΟΥΓΑ με τα ηχεία, στο ΙΔΙΟ επίπεδο ήχου άκουγα μόλις έβαλα τα ακουστικά!
Γενικά... μην περιμένετε από τα ηχεία (σκέτα, μόνα τους) "εφεδάκια" και διάφορα άλλα σαν ηχεία Logitech ή SoundBlaster κτλ. Τα ηχεία είναι ημι-ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΑ για Studio (ηχογραφήσεις κτλ), δηλαδή δεν έχουν τον "ultra δυνατό ήχο για να παρτάρουμε", αλλά έχουν άψογο κρυστάλινο καθαρό ήχο (χωρίς παραμορφώσεις κτλ)... Τώρα, αν θέλετε ΚΑΙ να "παρτάρετε", τότε αγοράστε μια εξωτερική ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΗ (!) κάρτα ήχου (όχι SoundBlaster και "τρίχες", επαγγελματική κάρτα), για να πάρετε το 110% των ηχείων αυτών εδώ!
Συμβουλή (από "παλιό PCάκια"):
Δεν έχω onboard κάρτα ήχου, έχω την Asus Xonar DX... που δυστυχώς "ΔΕΝ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΕΙ" πια καλά - αφού έβαλα Win11 ! Αν δεν ξέρετε, η Asus έπαψε να υποστηρίζει την Xonar για Win11, άρα "τρέχω" τους ΠΑΜΠΑΛΑΙΟΥΣ drivers (2015! Για Win10), άρα έχω ΣΟΒΑΡΕΣ απώλειες ή κάποια "θεματάκια" (στατικό ηλεκτρισμό πού και πού)... οπότε, την αποσύνδεσα στην Xonar (την "σούταρα") κι έχω την πιο σύγχρονη onboard Realtek της MSI motherboard...
Για όσους θέλουν πιο καλό ήχο (στα παιχνίδια, στις ταινίες κτλ) ΜΗ ΚΑΝΕΤΕ ΤΟ ΛΑΘΟΣ (!) και πάρετε εξωτερική "gaming" κάρτα ήχου (τύπου Sound Blaster X4 και πέρα βρέχει)!... Αφ' ενός κοστίζουν 100+ και βάλε ευρώ, αφ' εταίρου πραγματικά ΔΕΝ αξίζουν τα χρήματά τους!...

Παρ' όλα αυτά... και τίποτα να μην πάρετε έξτρα... μόνο με το προγραμματάκι που σας είπα (Equalizer APO), πάλι θα 'χετε πολύ καθαρό κρυστάλινο (ΚΑΙ δυνατό!) ήχο.
I bought them 3 weeks ago for €90 and it's the first time I'm using speakers for a computer. I bought them leaning towards sound quality rather than volume. As a first impression, the quality is very good both in sound and construction. The volume and bass are good, I would have liked them a notch higher, but judging strictly and understanding their low price, (I wouldn't recommend them for parties). Their connectivity was simple (being a beginner, I connected them both to each other and to the computer with ease).
They also offer the possibility, in case someone wants to connect via Bluetooth from a mobile phone, not to have to disconnect them from the computer. Finally, they offer many options regarding sound settings through an app, although I haven't used it much.
So far, they meet my expectations and as far as value for money is concerned, I recommend them unreservedly.
Τα αγόρασα πριν 3 εβδομάδες 90€ και είναι η πρώτη φορά που χρησιμοποιώ ηχεία για υπολογιστή. Τα αγόρασα με τη ζυγαριά να γέρνει ως προς την ποιότητα του ήχου και όχι τόσο ως προς την ένταση. Σαν πρώτη εντύπωση η ποιότητα είναι πολύ καλή και σε ήχο και σε κατασκευή. Η ένταση και το μπάσο είναι καλή, θα τα ήθελα ένα κλικ πάνω, κρίνοντας όμως αυστηρά και κατανοώντας την χαμηλή τους τιμή, (δεν θα τα πρότεινα για πάρτυ). Η συνδεσιμότητα τους ήταν απλή (όντας αρχάριος τα σύνδεσα και μεταξύ τους και με τον υπολογιστή με ευκολία).
Δίνουν επίσης τη δυνατότητα, σε περίπτωση που κάποιος θέλει να συνδεθεί μέσω bluetooth από κινητό να μην χρειαστεί να τα αποσυνδέσει από τον υπολογιστή. Τέλος, προσφέρουν πολλές δυνατότητες όσον αφορά τις ρυθμίσεις του ήχου μέσω εφαρμογής, ωστόσο δεν την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ιδιαίτερα.
Μέχρι στιγμής πληρούν τις προσδοκίες μου και όσον αφορά τη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής τα προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Excellent speakers. With 3.5-inch woofers and very detailed sound, with the right settings through the app, the sound is elevated. Honestly, I didn't expect it. Owner of 4 different Edifier models.

Τα ηχεία είναι ημι-ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΑ για Studio (ηχογραφήσεις κτλ), δηλαδή δεν έχουν τον "ultra δυνατό ήχο για να παρτάρουμε", αλλά έχουν άψογο κρυστάλινο καθαρό ήχο (χωρίς παραμορφώσεις κτλ)... Τώρα, αν θέλετε ΚΑΙ να "παρτάρετε", τότε αγοράστε μια εξωτερική ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΗ (!) κάρτα ήχου (όχι SoundBlaster και "τρίχες", επαγγελματική κάρτα), για να πάρετε το 110% των ηχείων αυτών εδώ!
Συμβουλή (από "παλιό PCάκια"):
Δεν έχω onboard κάρτα ήχου, έχω την Asus Xonar DX... που δυστυχώς "ΔΕΝ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΕΙ" πια καλά - αφού έβαλα Win11 ! Αν δεν ξέρετε, η Asus έπαψε να υποστηρίζει την Xonar για Win11, άρα "τρέχω" τους ΠΑΜΠΑΛΑΙΟΥΣ drivers (2015! Για Win10), άρα έχω ΣΟΒΑΡΕΣ απώλειες ή κάποια "θεματάκια" (στατικό ηλεκτρισμό πού και πού)... οπότε, την αποσύνδεσα στην Xonar (την "σούταρα") κι έχω την πιο σύγχρονη onboard Realtek της MSI motherboard...
Για όσους θέλουν πιο καλό ήχο (στα παιχνίδια, στις ταινίες κτλ) ΜΗ ΚΑΝΕΤΕ ΤΟ ΛΑΘΟΣ (!) και πάρετε εξωτερική "gaming" κάρτα ήχου (τύπου Sound Blaster X4 και πέρα βρέχει)!... Αφ' ενός κοστίζουν 100+ και βάλε ευρώ, αφ' εταίρου πραγματικά ΔΕΝ αξίζουν τα χρήματά τους!...
Προσωπικά, παράγγειλα μια φθηνή επαγγελματική (για μουσικούς) εξωτερική κάρτα ήχου (Behringer UMC202HD), καλώδια για να συνδέσω τα ηχεία (RCobra Cable 6.3mm male σε 6.3mm male 1m - δύο τεμάχια προφανώς) και ένα ανταπτοράκι για τα ακουστικά μου (Vention Μετατροπέας 6.3mm male σε 3.5mm female Μπλε VAB-S01-L)...
Σύνολο;... Γύρω στα 100 ευρώ (σύνολο, όλα αυτά μαζί), ΜΑΚΡΑΝ ΦΘΗΝΟΤΕΡΑ από μια "gaming" εξωτερική κάρτα ήχου... και ΕΤΗ ΦΩΤΟΣ ΚΑΛΥΤΕΡΟΣ ΗΧΟΣ (επαγγελματικός)!
Παρ' όλα αυτά... και τίποτα να μην πάρετε έξτρα... μόνο με το προγραμματάκι που σας είπα (Equalizer APO), πάλι θα 'χετε πολύ καθαρό κρυστάλινο (ΚΑΙ δυνατό!) ήχο.
I bought them 3 weeks ago for €90 and it's the first time I'm using speakers for a computer. I bought them leaning towards sound quality rather than volume. As a first impression, the quality is very good both in sound and construction. The volume and bass are good, I would have liked them a notch higher, but judging strictly and understanding their low price, (I wouldn't recommend them for parties). Their connectivity was simple (being a beginner, I connected them both to each other and to the computer with ease).
They also offer the possibility, in case someone wants to connect via Bluetooth from a mobile phone, not to have to disconnect them from the computer. Finally, they offer many options regarding sound settings through an app, although I haven't used it much.
So far, they meet my expectations and as far as value for money is concerned, I recommend them unreservedly.
Τα αγόρασα πριν 3 εβδομάδες 90€ και είναι η πρώτη φορά που χρησιμοποιώ ηχεία για υπολογιστή. Τα αγόρασα με τη ζυγαριά να γέρνει ως προς την ποιότητα του ήχου και όχι τόσο ως προς την ένταση. Σαν πρώτη εντύπωση η ποιότητα είναι πολύ καλή και σε ήχο και σε κατασκευή. Η ένταση και το μπάσο είναι καλή, θα τα ήθελα ένα κλικ πάνω, κρίνοντας όμως αυστηρά και κατανοώντας την χαμηλή τους τιμή, (δεν θα τα πρότεινα για πάρτυ). Η συνδεσιμότητα τους ήταν απλή (όντας αρχάριος τα σύνδεσα και μεταξύ τους και με τον υπολογιστή με ευκολία).
Δίνουν επίσης τη δυνατότητα, σε περίπτωση που κάποιος θέλει να συνδεθεί μέσω bluetooth από κινητό να μην χρειαστεί να τα αποσυνδέσει από τον υπολογιστή. Τέλος, προσφέρουν πολλές δυνατότητες όσον αφορά τις ρυθμίσεις του ήχου μέσω εφαρμογής, ωστόσο δεν την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ιδιαίτερα.
Μέχρι στιγμής πληρούν τις προσδοκίες μου και όσον αφορά τη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής τα προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Excellent speakers. With 3.5-inch woofers and very detailed sound, with the right settings through the app, the sound is elevated. Honestly, I didn't expect it. Owner of 4 different Edifier models.

The sound is not crystal clear as everyone says. Generally average sound and somewhat muffled. The BT is convenient. My previous speakers (purchased at a lower price) were classier.
Ο ήχος δεν είναι κρυστάλλινος που λένε όλοι. Μέτριος ήχος γενικά και κάπως μπουκωμένος. Βολικό το BT. Τα προηγούμενα ηχεία μου (αγορασμένα σε μικρότερη τιμή) ήταν κλάσης ανώτερα.
I come from the Logitech Z333 (that is, a 2.1 system)... Obviously, since I previously had a "subwoofer" (if you can call it that, that "cheap" one from the Z333), the bass was a couple of "clicks" better than these new Edifiers I got. Not a big deal, you just "tweak" the knob (for bass) at the back a bit (and for the higher sounds if you want, the other knob) and you get a satisfactory result.
The "secret" (which I didn't know, a musician friend told me) is BEFORE you place/set up/turn on the speakers (these or any others), you need to set the sound in Win11 ("Sound") to around 75% (NOT higher)! Once you do that, connect and turn on the speakers (I'm talking about these ones I got) and "play" with the front knob (volume) to find the satisfactory "default" sound level - e.g. when listening to a podcast. From there on, you "play" with the "Sound" (in Win11) and if you want to raise the volume, you gradually (slowly) increase it.
Also, download FXSound (a little program) that "boosts" your PC's sound without distortions... although personally, I would advise you instead of the "simple" FXSound to download Equalizer APO (and its Peace UI), which is LIGHT YEARS better for "pushing" your sound.
In general, I consider these new Edifiers FAR SUPERIOR (to the Logitech Z333 I replaced), because:
a) they are a SERIOUS WOODEN construction (of the speakers) and not cheap plastic!
b) they are QUITE "deep" (in volume) and not super narrow like the previous ones
c) you realize they are SERIOUS speakers, from the moment you connect them together with the "wires" (red-black) and clamp them with the "clips" - no cable is "attached" to the main (amplified) speaker
d) there are no losses. For example, with the Z333 I listened at 50% with the speakers, then plugged in the headphones into the wired "knob-controls" and... I had to go up to 90% to hear with the headphones! If, by mistake, the "jack" (of the headphones) came out, IT WAS A DISASTER from the MAX volume that suddenly played!... Here, with these, AS I WAS LISTENING with the speakers, I heard at the SAME sound level as soon as I plugged in the headphones!
In general... don't expect from the speakers (by themselves) "effects" and other stuff like Logitech or SoundBlaster speakers etc. The speakers are semi-PROFESSIONAL for Studio (recordings etc), meaning they don't have the "ultra powerful sound for partying", but they have perfect crystal clear sound (without distortions etc)... Now, if you ALSO want to "party", then buy an external PROFESSIONAL (!) sound card (not SoundBlaster and "nonsense", a professional card), to get 110% out of these speakers!
Advice (from an "old PC guy"):
I don't have an onboard sound card, I have the Asus Xonar DX... which unfortunately "NO LONGER WORKS" well - since I installed Win11! If you don't know, Asus stopped supporting Xonar for Win11, so I'm running the ANCIENT drivers (2015! For Win10), so I have SERIOUS losses or some "issues" (static electricity now and then)... so, I disconnected the Xonar (got rid of it) and now use the latest onboard Realtek from the MSI motherboard...
For those who want better sound (in games, movies etc) DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE (!) of getting an external "gaming" sound card (like Sound Blaster X4 and similar)!... First, they cost 100+ euros, and second, they really AREN'T worth the money!...
Personally, I ordered a cheap professional (for musicians) external sound card (Behringer UMC202HD), cables to connect the speakers (RCobra Cable 6.3mm male to 6.3mm male 1m - obviously two pieces) and an adapter for my headphones (Vention Adapter 6.3mm male to 3.5mm female Blue VAB-S01-L)...

Προέρχομαι από Logitech Z333 (δηλαδή 2.1 σύστημα)... Προφανώς, αφού πριν είχα "subwoofer" (ο Θεός να το κάνει, το "φτηνιάρικο" εκείνο του Ζ333), τα μπάσα ήταν ένα-δυο "κλικ" ανώτερα από αυτά τα νέα Edifier που πήρα. Μικρό το κακό, "πειράζεις" λίγο τη ροδέλα (του μπάσου) από πίσω (και των υψηλότερων ήχων αν θέλετε, η άλλη ροδέλα) και έχεις ένα ικανοποιητικό αποτέλεσμα.
Το "μυστικό" (που δεν ήξερα, φίλος μουσικός μου το 'πε) είναι ΠΡΙΝ τοποθετήσετε/ρυθμίσετε/ανάψετε τα ηχεία (αυτά εδώ ή οποιαδήποτε άλλα), πρέπει να ρυθμίσετε τον ήχο των Win11 ("Sound") γύρω στο 75% (ΟΧΙ παραπάνω)! Αφού το κάνετε, συνδέετε και ανάβετε τα ηχεία (μιλάμε πια για αυτά εδώ που πήρα κι εγώ) και "παίζετε" με την μπροστινή "ροδέλα" (volume) να βρείτε το ικανοποιητικό "default" ύψος του ήχου - πχ. όταν ακούτε potcast. Από 'κει και πέρα, "παίζετε" με το "Sound" (των Win11) και αν θέλετε να βάλετε πιο πάνω τον ήχο, προοδευτικά (σιγά-σιγά) τον ανεβάζετε.
Επίσης, να κατεβάσετε το FXSound (ένα προγραμματάκι) που "boost-άρει" τον ήχο του PC, δίχως παραμορφώσεις... αν και προσωπικά, θα σας συμβούλευα αντί του "απλού" FXSound να κατεβάσετε το Equalizer APO (και το Peace UI του), που είναι ΕΤΗ ΦΩΤΟΣ καλύτερο πρόγραμμα για να "πουσάρετε" τον ήχο σας.
Γενικά, αυτά εδώ τα νέα μου Edifier τα θεωρώ ΜΑΚΡΑΝ ΑΝΩΤΕΡΑ (των Logitech Z333 που αντικατέστησα), διότι:
α) είναι ΞΥΛΙΝΗ ΣΟΒΑΡΗ κατασκευή (των ηχείων) κι όχι πλαστικούρα!
β) είναι ΑΡΚΕΤΑ "βαθιά" (σε όγκο) κι όχι θεόστενα σαν τα προηγούμενα
γ) αντιλαμβάνεσαι ότι είναι ΣΟΒΑΡΑ ηχεία, απ' τη στιγμή που τα συνδέεις μεταξύ τους με τα "συρματάκια" (κόκκινο-μαύρο) και τα "πιάνεις" με τα "μανταλάκια" - κανένα καλώδιο δεν είναι "attached" στο βασικό (ενισχυμένο) ηχείο
δ) δεν έχουν απώλειες. Πχ. στα Ζ333 άκουγα στο 50% με τα ηχεία, τοποθετούσα τα ακουστικά στην ενσύρματη "ροδέλα-controls" και... έπρεπε να τα πάω στο 90% για να ακούω με τα ακουστικά! Αν δε, κατά λάθος, μου έβγαινε το "jack" (των ακουστικών), ΓΙΝΟΤΑΝ "ΤΗΣ ΠΟΠΗΣ" απ' το ΤΕΡΜΑ ήχο που ξαφνικά ακουγόταν!... Here, with these, AS I WAS LISTENING with the speakers, I heard at the SAME sound level as soon as I plugged in the headphones!
In general... don't expect from the speakers (by themselves) "effects" and other stuff like Logitech or SoundBlaster speakers etc. The speakers are semi-PROFESSIONAL for Studio (recordings etc), meaning they don't have the "ultra powerful sound for partying", but they have perfect crystal clear sound (without distortions etc)... Now, if you ALSO want to "party", then buy an external PROFESSIONAL (!) sound card (not SoundBlaster and "nonsense", a professional card), to get 110% out of these speakers!
Advice (from an "old PC guy"):
I don't have an onboard sound card, I have the Asus Xonar DX... which unfortunately "NO LONGER WORKS" well - since I installed Win11! If you don't know, Asus stopped supporting Xonar for Win11, so I'm running the ANCIENT drivers (2015! For Win10), so I have SERIOUS losses or some "issues" (static electricity now and then)... so, I disconnected the Xonar (got rid of it) and now use the latest onboard Realtek from the MSI motherboard...
For those who want better sound (in games, movies etc) DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE (!) of getting an external "gaming" sound card (like Sound Blaster X4 and similar)!... First, they cost 100+ euros, and second, they really AREN'T worth the money!...
Personally, I ordered a cheap professional (for musicians) external sound card (Behringer UMC202HD), cables to connect the speakers (RCobra Cable 6.3mm male to 6.3mm male 1m - obviously two pieces) and an adapter for my headphones (Vention Adapter 6.3mm male to 3.5mm female Blue VAB-S01-L)...
Total? ... Around 100 euros (total, all together), MUCH CHEAPER than a "gaming" external sound card... and LIGHT YEARS BETTER SOUND (professional)!
Nevertheless... even if you don't get anything extra... just with the little program I mentioned (Equalizer APO), you'll still have very clear crystal (AND loud!) sound.

Προέρχομαι από Logitech Z333 (δηλαδή 2.1 σύστημα)... Προφανώς, αφού πριν είχα "subwoofer" (ο Θεός να το κάνει, το "φτηνιάρικο" εκείνο του Ζ333), τα μπάσα ήταν ένα-δυο "κλικ" ανώτερα από αυτά τα νέα Edifier που πήρα. Μικρό το κακό, "πειράζεις" λίγο τη ροδέλα (του μπάσου) από πίσω (και των υψηλότερων ήχων αν θέλετε, η άλλη ροδέλα) και έχεις ένα ικανοποιητικό αποτέλεσμα.
Το "μυστικό" (που δεν ήξερα, φίλος μουσικός μου το 'πε) είναι ΠΡΙΝ τοποθετήσετε/ρυθμίσετε/ανάψετε τα ηχεία (αυτά εδώ ή οποιαδήποτε άλλα), πρέπει να ρυθμίσετε τον ήχο των Win11 ("Sound") γύρω στο 75% (ΟΧΙ παραπάνω)! Αφού το κάνετε, συνδέετε και ανάβετε τα ηχεία (μιλάμε πια για αυτά εδώ που πήρα κι εγώ) και "παίζετε" με την μπροστινή "ροδέλα" (volume) να βρείτε το ικανοποιητικό "default" ύψος του ήχου - πχ. όταν ακούτε potcast. Από 'κει και πέρα, "παίζετε" με το "Sound" (των Win11) και αν θέλετε να βάλετε πιο πάνω τον ήχο, προοδευτικά (σιγά-σιγά) τον ανεβάζετε.
Επίσης, να κατεβάσετε το FXSound (ένα προγραμματάκι) που "boost-άρει" τον ήχο του PC, δίχως παραμορφώσεις... αν και προσωπικά, θα σας συμβούλευα αντί του "απλού" FXSound να κατεβάσετε το Equalizer APO (και το Peace UI του), που είναι ΕΤΗ ΦΩΤΟΣ καλύτερο πρόγραμμα για να "πουσάρετε" τον ήχο σας.
Γενικά, αυτά εδώ τα νέα μου Edifier τα θεωρώ ΜΑΚΡΑΝ ΑΝΩΤΕΡΑ (των Logitech Z333 που αντικατέστησα), διότι:
α) είναι ΞΥΛΙΝΗ ΣΟΒΑΡΗ κατασκευή (των ηχείων) κι όχι πλαστικούρα!
β) είναι ΑΡΚΕΤΑ "βαθιά" (σε όγκο) κι όχι θεόστενα σαν τα προηγούμενα
γ) αντιλαμβάνεσαι ότι είναι ΣΟΒΑΡΑ ηχεία, απ' τη στιγμή που τα συνδέεις μεταξύ τους με τα "συρματάκια" (κόκκινο-μαύρο) και τα "πιάνεις" με τα "μανταλάκια" - κανένα καλώδιο δεν είναι "attached" στο βασικό (ενισχυμένο) ηχείο
δ) δεν έχουν απώλειες. Πχ. στα Ζ333 άκουγα στο 50% με τα ηχεία, τοποθετούσα τα ακουστικά στην ενσύρματη "ροδέλα-controls" και... έπρεπε να τα πάω στο 90% για να ακούω με τα ακουστικά! Αν δε, κατά λάθος, μου έβγαινε το "jack" (των ακουστικών), ΓΙΝΟΤΑΝ "ΤΗΣ ΠΟΠΗΣ" απ' το ΤΕΡΜΑ ήχο που ξαφνικά ακουγόταν!... Εδώ σ' αυτά, ΟΣΟ ΑΚΟΥΓΑ με τα ηχεία, στο ΙΔΙΟ επίπεδο ήχου άκουγα μόλις έβαλα τα ακουστικά!
Γενικά... μην περιμένετε από τα ηχεία (σκέτα, μόνα τους) "εφεδάκια" και διάφορα άλλα σαν ηχεία Logitech ή SoundBlaster κτλ. Τα ηχεία είναι ημι-ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΑ για Studio (ηχογραφήσεις κτλ), δηλαδή δεν έχουν τον "ultra δυνατό ήχο για να παρτάρουμε", αλλά έχουν άψογο κρυστάλινο καθαρό ήχο (χωρίς παραμορφώσεις κτλ)... Τώρα, αν θέλετε ΚΑΙ να "παρτάρετε", τότε αγοράστε μια εξωτερική ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΗ (!) κάρτα ήχου (όχι SoundBlaster και "τρίχες", επαγγελματική κάρτα), για να πάρετε το 110% των ηχείων αυτών εδώ!
Συμβουλή (από "παλιό PCάκια"):
Δεν έχω onboard κάρτα ήχου, έχω την Asus Xonar DX... που δυστυχώς "ΔΕΝ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΕΙ" πια καλά - αφού έβαλα Win11 ! Αν δεν ξέρετε, η Asus έπαψε να υποστηρίζει την Xonar για Win11, άρα "τρέχω" τους ΠΑΜΠΑΛΑΙΟΥΣ drivers (2015! Για Win10), άρα έχω ΣΟΒΑΡΕΣ απώλειες ή κάποια "θεματάκια" (στατικό ηλεκτρισμό πού και πού)... οπότε, την αποσύνδεσα στην Xonar (την "σούταρα") κι έχω την πιο σύγχρονη onboard Realtek της MSI motherboard...
Για όσους θέλουν πιο καλό ήχο (στα παιχνίδια, στις ταινίες κτλ) ΜΗ ΚΑΝΕΤΕ ΤΟ ΛΑΘΟΣ (!) και πάρετε εξωτερική "gaming" κάρτα ήχου (τύπου Sound Blaster X4 και πέρα βρέχει)!... Αφ' ενός κοστίζουν 100+ και βάλε ευρώ, αφ' εταίρου πραγματικά ΔΕΝ αξίζουν τα χρήματά τους!...
Προσωπικά, παράγγειλα μια φθηνή επαγγελματική (για μουσικούς) εξωτερική κάρτα ήχου (Behringer UMC202HD), καλώδια για να συνδέσω τα ηχεία (RCobra Cable 6.3mm male σε 6.3mm male 1m - δύο τεμάχια προφανώς) και ένα ανταπτοράκι για τα ακουστικά μου (Vention Μετατροπέας 6.3mm male σε 3.5mm female Μπλε VAB-S01-L)...
Σύνολο;... Γύρω στα 100 ευρώ (σύνολο, όλα αυτά μαζί), ΜΑΚΡΑΝ ΦΘΗΝΟΤΕΡΑ από μια "gaming" εξωτερική κάρτα ήχου... και ΕΤΗ ΦΩΤΟΣ ΚΑΛΥΤΕΡΟΣ ΗΧΟΣ (επαγγελματικός)!
Παρ' όλα αυτά... και τίποτα να μην πάρετε έξτρα... μόνο με το προγραμματάκι που σας είπα (Equalizer APO), πάλι θα 'χετε πολύ καθαρό κρυστάλινο (ΚΑΙ δυνατό!) ήχο.
I bought them 3 weeks ago for €90 and it's the first time I'm using speakers for a computer. I bought them leaning towards sound quality rather than volume. As a first impression, the quality is very good both in sound and construction. The volume and bass are good, I would have liked them a notch higher, but judging strictly and understanding their low price, (I wouldn't recommend them for parties). Their connectivity was simple (being a beginner, I connected them both to each other and to the computer with ease).
They also offer the possibility, in case someone wants to connect via Bluetooth from a mobile phone, not to have to disconnect them from the computer. Finally, they offer many options regarding sound settings through an app, although I haven't used it much.
So far, they meet my expectations and as far as value for money is concerned, I recommend them unreservedly.
Τα αγόρασα πριν 3 εβδομάδες 90€ και είναι η πρώτη φορά που χρησιμοποιώ ηχεία για υπολογιστή. Τα αγόρασα με τη ζυγαριά να γέρνει ως προς την ποιότητα του ήχου και όχι τόσο ως προς την ένταση. Σαν πρώτη εντύπωση η ποιότητα είναι πολύ καλή και σε ήχο και σε κατασκευή. Η ένταση και το μπάσο είναι καλή, θα τα ήθελα ένα κλικ πάνω, κρίνοντας όμως αυστηρά και κατανοώντας την χαμηλή τους τιμή, (δεν θα τα πρότεινα για πάρτυ). Η συνδεσιμότητα τους ήταν απλή (όντας αρχάριος τα σύνδεσα και μεταξύ τους και με τον υπολογιστή με ευκολία).
Δίνουν επίσης τη δυνατότητα, σε περίπτωση που κάποιος θέλει να συνδεθεί μέσω bluetooth από κινητό να μην χρειαστεί να τα αποσυνδέσει από τον υπολογιστή. Τέλος, προσφέρουν πολλές δυνατότητες όσον αφορά τις ρυθμίσεις του ήχου μέσω εφαρμογής, ωστόσο δεν την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ιδιαίτερα.
Μέχρι στιγμής πληρούν τις προσδοκίες μου και όσον αφορά τη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής τα προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Excellent speakers. With 3.5-inch woofers and very detailed sound, with the right settings through the app, the sound is elevated. Honestly, I didn't expect it. Owner of 4 different Edifier models.
Εξαιρετικά ηχεία.Με 3.5 ιντσες γουφερ και με πολύ λεπτομερή ηχο με τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις μετο app του απογειώνεται ο ήχος.
