Keyboards are a very subjective matter.
If you don't know what a red switch means, it would be good to find somewhere to try it before making a purchase.
It doesn't have a "clicky" feel or sound. It's smooth and "sponge-like."
For those who know what they want in terms of switches on the keys, this keyboard is among the best you can find with reds.
I've had it for a month and I really can't get enough of typing on it. It has a unique profile on the keys that fits me perfectly, but I've heard people who didn't find it comfortable. Also, the numpad is incredibly useful.
The design is again subjective, it has a retro aesthetic with some modern elements like the knob and the LED lighting. The keys are not perforated in the letter engravings - the light from the LEDs is only visible through the gaps in the keys. Also, this particular color "gets dirty" easily, so you'll need to clean it relatively often.
The materials used are excellent with a heavy metal frame that prevents the keyboard from moving back and forth (I don't even have a pad, the keyboard sits on a wooden desk).
The box itself is decorative in the space, and inside, besides the keyboard, there are other goodies.
I've come from a custom keyboard of similar price/switches, and the Keychron is two levels above in everything.
The only reason I'm not giving it 5/5 is the price.
Unfortunately, the custom keyboard market is very expensive and it will remain so, but don't forget at the end of the day, it's just a keyboard for a very specific audience.
However, if you're just looking for a good keyboard, there are options that are MUCH more affordable that tick all the boxes and cover all the basic needs.
If this is your vibe and you're looking for something more in feel AND aesthetics, then this particular keyboard won't disappoint.
Τα πληκτρολόγια είναι πολύ υποκειμενική υπόθεση.
Αν δεν ξέρετε τι σημαίνει red διακόπτης καλό θα ήταν να βρείτε κάπου να δοκιμάσετε πριν κάνετε αγορά.
Δεν είναι "clicky" η αίσθηση ούτε και ο ήχος. Είναι smooth και "σφουγκαρένια".
Για όσους λοιπόν ξέρουν τι θέλουν από θέμα διακόπτη στα πλήκτρα, αυτό το πληκτρολόγιο είναι στα καλύτερα που μπορείς να βρεις με κόκκινους.
Το έχω ένα μήνα και πραγματικά δεν χορταίνω να γράφω σε αυτό.
Έχει ιδιαίτερο προφίλ στα κουμπιά που για εμένα έχει κάτσει τέλεια, έχω ακούσει όμως ανθρώπους που δεν τους βόλεψε. Επίσης το numpad είναι άπειρα χρήσιμο.
Το design είναι πάλι υποκειμενικό, έχει retro αισθητική με κάποια μοντέρνα στοιχεία όπως το Nob και τον led φωτισμό.
Τα πλήκτρα δεν είναι διάτρητα στις αναγραφές γραμμάτων - το φως από τα led φαίνεται μόνο από τα κενά των πλήκτρων.
Επίσης το συγκεκριμένο χρώμα "λερώνει" εύκολα, θα χρειάζεται να το καθαρίζετε σχετικά συχνά.
Τα υλικά κατασκευής είναι άριστα με μεταλλικό βαρύ σκελετό που δεν αφήνει το πληκτρολόγιο να κουνιέται πέρα δώθε (δεν έχω καν κάποιο pad, το πληκτρολόγιο κάθετε πάνω σε ξύλινο γραφείο).
Το κουτί είναι από μόνο του διακοσμητικό στον χώρο, και μέσα πέρα από το πληκτρολόγιο έχει και άλλα καλούδια.
Έχω έρθει από custom πληκτρολόγιο αντίστοιχης τιμής/διακοπτών και το Keychron είναι δύο επίπεδα πάνω στα πάντα.
Ο μόνος λόγος που δεν βάζω 5/5 είναι η τιμή.
Δυστυχώς η αγορά των custom keyboards είναι πολύ ακριβή και έτσι θα είναι, αλλά μην ξεχνάτε στο τέλος της ημέρας είναι απλά ένα πληκτρολόγιο για πολύ συγκεκριμένο κοινό.
Εάν όμως απλά ψάχνετε ένα καλό πληκτρολόγιο υπάρχουν επιλογές ΠΟΛΎ οικονομικότερες που τικαρουν όλα τα κουτάκια και καλύπτουν όλες τις βασικές ανάγκες.
Αν τώρα αυτή είναι η φάσης σας και ψάχνετε το κάτι παραπάνω σε αίσθηση ΚΑΙ αισθητική τότε το συγκεκριμένο πληκτρολόγιο δεν θα απογοητεύσει.
