Αμφιβάλλω, χωρίς να είμαι απόλυτος αν και επίσημα δεν αναφέρεται υποστήριξη για Chrome OS.
Ωστόσο πιστεύω ότι θα μπορεί να διαβάσει τα δισκάκια σε λειτουργία TV, που θα τα αναγνωρίσει σαν ένα κοινό usb stick.
