The area has significant wind potential and geomorphological features that make it exceptional for vine cultivation, offering ideal raw material for the production of high-quality wines.

The process includes sun-drying overripe grapes for 10-12 days and white winemaking. The controlled fermentation naturally stops, leaving unfermented sugars, with an alcohol content of 13% vol. Aging takes place in old oak barrels for 24 months.

    I am a lover of dessert wines but this was the sweetest and heaviest wine I have ever drunk! Okay, I couldn't drink more than two sips and I wouldn't try it again, it was thick and HEAVY and soooooo very SWEET that it makes you feel nauseous
