The Tesa 64620 double-sided tape is designed for securing rugs and carpets to floors, as well as for general bonding applications. It consists of a white polypropylene (PP) backing coated with solvent-free hot-melt synthetic rubber adhesive. The adhesive penetrates the pores of materials, while the tape can stretch up to seven times its original length before breaking and withstand a load of 30 N/cm.

It can also be used for skirting boards, frames, posters, tarpaulins, cables, labels and signs, as well as for general construction work. It withstands temperatures of up to 80 °C.
