Since arrival, I connect the product to the charger and its not charging. Actually the first time I tried the red light switched on but after a few second it disappeared. Then since then, it never flashed again when connecting to charger. Also pressing the power button for 3 seconds it does nothing. Really disappointing for the amount of money I spent.
