For safe discharging and to extend the battery life, the final discharge voltage should not drop below the following values:

• at a discharge current of up to 0.1 * battery capacity (A): minimum 1.75 V
• at a discharge current between (0.11 ... 0.2) * battery capacity (A): minimum 1.70 V
• at a discharge current between (0.21 ... 0.3) * battery capacity (A): minimum 1.67 V
• at a discharge current between (0.31 ... 1) * battery capacity (A): minimum 1.60 V

Additionally, proper charging will extend the battery life. Precise control of the charging voltage is essential, as follows:

The recommended initial current is a maximum of 0.3 * battery capacity (A).
