Strong magnets (great feel and locking during rotation), very good corner cutting (given that it's a 4x4 and by design it tends to slightly drag the immediately inner layer). Finally, the edge and center pieces are somewhat smaller than the corners, which is a very welcome feature in larger cubes, especially in 5x5 and above.
