Το έχω από τον Μάιο και είμαι ευχαριστημένη σε όλα αν εξαιρέσουμε πως δεν ακουμπάει καλά ο πάτος σε εστίες κεραμικές-επαγωγικές. Είναι στραβός και μάλιστα έχω αλλάξει 2 σκεύη από την αντιπροσωπία και όλα ως τώρα τα πήγαινα πίσω αλλά πλέον βαρέθηκα τα διαδικαστικά. Το ίδιο στραβό και το καπάκι.
Κατά τα λοιπά μαγειρεύεις με ένα σκεύος που τα κάνει όλα.
Σοτάρεις-βράζεις και ψήνεις.

The lid has ventilation holes or for pouring and removing liquids without the need to move them. Of course, it is crooked and does not fit well on the mouth of the utensil, but this does not significantly affect its function.
Pay attention to the handles where high temperature develops when it is on the stove for a while because they burn. For the oven, I don't even discuss it, silicone oven mitts are mandatory.
P.S. A big downside is the crooked bottom that does not make good contact on flat hobs. In fact, the customer service responded that the "play" of the utensil is within normal limits! Hahaha, what can you say after that!

Λοιπόν με χωρητικότητα ωφέλιμη 5 λίτρων με χάραξη μάλιστα, με διάμετρο εξωτερική στομίου 28 εκ και πάτου 27 εκ και ύψους ακριβώς 11 εκ. είναι μια κατσαρόλα ρηχή πολλαπλών χρήσεων.
Μπορείς να σοτάρεις να μαγειρέψεις και να τη βάλεις και στο φούρνο.
Μπαλαντέρ σκεύος, πολύ ελαφρύ που συνεργάζεται σε επαγωγικές εστίες άριστα λόγω του ατσαλιού και γενικά δεν πρόκειται να μείνει κανένας δυσαρεστημένος από την αγορά του.
Το καπάκι έχει οπές εξαερισμού ή για σούρωμα-αφαίρεση υγρών χωρίς να απαιτείται η μετακίνηση τους. Βέβαια είναι στραβό δεν εφάπτεται καλά στο στόμιο του σκεύους χωρίς αυτό να επηρεάζει σημαντικά τη λειτουργία του.
Προσοχή στις λαβές όπου αναπτύσσεται υψηλή θερμοκρασία όταν είναι κάμποση ώρα στο μάτι γιατί καίνε. Για φούρνο δεν το συζητώ καν υποχρεωτικά ενισχυμένες σιλικόνες πιάστρα.
ΥΓ. Μεγάλο μείον ο στραβός πάτος που δεν κάνει καλή επαφή σε επίπεδες εστίες. Μάλιστα στο σέρβις η αντιπροσωπία απάντησε πως είναι μέσα σε φυσιολογικά πλαίσια το "παίξιμο" του σκεύους ! Χαχαχαχαχα τι να πεις μετά από αυτό !

The fact that it's all stainless steel means that it can safely go in the dishwasher at high temperatures without fear, although if you add water while it's still hot (or pour hot water with a little soap), everything softens and comes off very easily.
It has been incredibly convenient because you can sauté the vegetables and meat, add water, cover it, and put it in the oven. You can make ground meat, put it in a plate or bowl, boil pasta, and it's ready. Today I made pizzas in it! One utensil for everything!
The holes in the lid are not only useful for draining pasta. It properly ventilates the food during boiling on the stovetop and in the oven.
It's a bit heavy and inconvenient for some who are less strong, but it's not difficult to use.

Πρόσφατη αγορά (ούτε μήνας), αλλά μαγειρεύω καθημερινά σ'αυτήν και την έχω χρησιμοποιήσει με όλους τους τρόπους. Ως τηγάνι, ως σωτέζα, ως κατσαρόλα, ως γάστρα.
Αν το φαγητό δεν έχει αρκετά υγρά, είναι λογικό να κολλάει το φαγητό. Και αντικολλητικό σκεύος να έχεις, το ίδιο συμβαίνει.
Το ότι είναι όλο inox σημαίνει ότι μπαίνει άφοβα στο πλυντήριο πιάτων σε υψηλή θερμοκρασία χωρίς φόβο, αν και, αν του βάλεις νερό όσο είναι ζεστό (ή αν ρίξεις καυτό νερό με λίγο σαπούνι), μαλακώνουν όλα και φεύγουν πολύ εύκολα.
Έχει βολέψει απίστευτα διότι σωτάρεις τα λαχανικά και το κρέας, συμπληρώνεις νερό, το καπακώνεις και το βάζεις στον φούρνο. Κάνεις τον κιμά, τον βάζεις σ'ένα πιάτο ή μπολ, βράζεις μακαρόνια κι έτοιμο. Σήμερα έκανα πίτσες σ'αυτήν! Ένα σκεύος για όλα!
Οι τρύπς στο καπάκι δεν βολεύουν μόνο για το στράγγιγμα των μακαρονιών. Αερίζεται σωστά το φαγητό και στο βράσιμο στο μάτι και στον φούρνο.
Είναι λίγο βαρύ κι άβολο για κάποιους λιγότερο δυνατούς, αλλά δεν είναι δύσχρηστο.
Είναι τέλειο!
