Very unclear instructions, some steps were not clear resulting in it taking time, and you also have to try things on your own with the risk of damaging the product. The adjustable arms are adjusted based on how far back or forward the chair is – I expected it to mean more freedom of movement. Finally, something that is not mentioned and is important for some: The seat does not move back and forth (does not maneuver) with your weight, but only when you turn the handle.
