The Manfrotto FAST GimBoom Carbon Fiber is an extension arm with adjustable length, designed and optimized for portable gimbals. When you attach your gimbal to the 1/4"-20 screw located at the top of the arm, the GimBoom allows you to comfortably perform movements for shots from heights above people's heads, as well as low-angle movements.

Featuring Manfrotto's FAST Twist-Lock technology, the GimBoom unlocks with a simple twisting motion and allows you to extend it to a maximum length of 1.15 m in three stages. When fully closed, it measures only 51 cm, making it travel-friendly, but even when closed to this length, it can comfortably be used as a handy extension handle for your gimbal.

The GimBoom is made from lightweight and durable carbon fiber and supports loads up to 6.5 kg at full extension. The large rubber grips allow for comfortable and secure handling, which is enhanced by their special anti-slip grooves.
