This premium quality textured paper is also ideal for sketching with pencils, due to its thick and ‘rough’ surface. Each notebook features durable Spanish bovine leather that has been vegetable-stamped, dyed, cut, and polished in Stamford, always providing an impressive appearance. Leather ribbons complete the style, offering an impressive closure over the embossed leather button on the front cover. Each Traveller’s Journal is delivered in a beautiful, practical handmade canvas drawstring bag. All bags are made in Stamford. All Stamford Notebooks are handcrafted, bound in the Stamford workshop by skilled artisans, employing traditional techniques and 'modern' equipment throughout all production processes, including the printing of paper, folding, sewing, cutting, and binding. This extends to leather products as well, where we cut, dye, sew, and finish all our leather goods by hand.
