Perfect machine! For the house it does an amazing job. I used it for sofas and in my cars as well. It is worth the money.

The plastics are "fake" and break very easily...

The most poorly designed and cheap-looking thing I have ever bought from Kärcher.

Upon opening the package, the carrying handle broke without any pressure being applied. On the very first use, with very gentle movements, the plastic tube also broke — shockingly low build quality for this brand.

The store showed professionalism and immediately replaced the tube free of charge, which I appreciate. However, when I asked to exchange the product for a more expensive model (paying the difference, of course), because I no longer trust this one, there was no understanding — neither from the store nor from Skroutz customer service.

A disappointing experience overall, both in terms of product quality and service.

I have only used it for washing carpets and fabrics. It did a good job. It was a bit tiring to change the attachments, but otherwise it is a good vacuum cleaner. I am satisfied with my purchase

The reason I give 3 stars is that while it is stated everywhere that it is 1,700w, in reality, it is 1,025w as indicated on the label at the back and in the manual. I contacted Karcher's customer support and they confirmed to me that it is actually 1,025w and not 1,700w as advertised on all the sites. Other than that, it is a very good vacuum cleaner; it does its job.

Good build quality. I didn't expect it to do such a good job cleaning the car upholstery. A good cleaning tool.
