    It is one of the worst nail polishes I have bought in years. I would have bought something better at a fair. It doesn't apply well at all, it bubbles, and it needs at least 3 coats to show the color. It doesn't dry easily at all; an hour later, wherever you touch it, it smudges. I gave it to my daughter to play with her dolls, and she told me, "Forget it, the kids' ones are better than this, it doesn't paint." The conclusions are yours.
