Amazing story with even more amazing characters.

How a series with such intense and extreme themes and imagery manages to have many times even better quiet moments in between, with beautiful designs and human dialogues, I really can't understand.

Incredible manga, for me it is a must-read series, and the box set is worth every penny and more, especially with the alternative of buying the volumes individually, which would cost at least an additional 30-40€.

For anyone who might not know, light spoiler for the STRUCTURE of the story, not the plot, Chainaw Man is divided into pieces like a story, this box set contains the entire Part 1, around 95 chapters.

Part 2 continues immediately in the next chapter, as I write this, Volume 17 is about to be released in English, which is around 30 chapters (3 volumes) behind the digital version you can find online.

With a release rate of about 3-4 months per volume, if you choose the physical issues instead of the online, you will be about a year behind the story at any given time.
