    According to scientific studies, these glasses do not help much. They are probably a placebo, but I feel that they relax me and do not easily cause dry eyes.
    They give the impression of a "warmer filter". With that in mind, they are NOT recommended for use with image/video editing.
    Personally, they do not tire me at all while I wear them. They come with a case and a cleaning cloth.
