Description

With design, sustainability, and quality at the core, we collaborate with Chris King for our valve colors. Our valves, made from lightweight and strong 7075 aluminum, are suitable for most standard tubeless applications on MTB, road, and cyclocross, including carbon, enduro, and DH rims.

The unique x-cut base is designed to work with all tire inserts. The grooves on the base of the valve allow air and sealant to enter when the inserts are pushed close to them. Unlike most other valves that are compatible with inserts, our valves feature a ‘straight-through’ design, ensuring that there is no reduction in sealant or airflow when tire inserts are not used.

Installation is super easy. The integrated o-rings prevent scratches on your rims, while the large soft rubber bases easily create an airtight seal.

Designed by cyclists for cyclists, our valves come with a cap that includes an integrated valve removal tool and a spoke key cap (for standard nipples 3.4mm). This makes it easy to tighten loose spokes and add sealant, whether in the workshop or on the trail.

Damaged valve or broken o-ring? No problem, check out the maintenance kits to refresh your valves when switching wheel sets or to a new bike.

Instructions:

  • Remove the valve cap, the o-ring, and the locknut.
  • Insert the valve through the rim hole.
  • Push the o-ring onto the valve shaft.
  • Screw the locknut onto the valve shaft.
  • Tighten the locknut by hand until snug.
  • Screw the valve cap on.
