Complete NDx8 gray filter, neutral for 37 mm, with anti-reflective coatings. The NDx8 filter reduces the amount of light by 6 times, corresponding to a reduction of 87.5% (three stops). It is fully neutral, with no changes to colors or color cast in the image, and can be used in both color and black-and-white photography. Full gray filters reduce the amount of light reaching the lens, preventing overexposure and increasing depth of field. They allow for the visibility of motion effects during long exposure. Particularly useful for cameras without very small apertures, allowing for shooting moving clouds, frothy waters, and busy streets.
SEAGULL filters can be used in layers, doubling the effect. By using two NDx8 filters, shutter speed can be extended up to 64 times (8x8) without optical losses. The complete gray filter is intended for cameras and camcorders with a lens diameter of 37 mm.
