mine is a disaster. did not receive the drum from the photo, a white package arrived. i installed it and from the first page the print quality is horrible. i installed the genuine drum again (thank god i ordered too soon just to be sure i have the time to find the right one) and it prints like a charm even with no name toner. so the drum is the key
