I was very disappointed with these headphones,
the positive is that the sound can be ok (with a bit of EQ)
and everything else is negative.
- the touch controls are hard to hit at the right spot to make them work.
- many times they don't communicate properly with each other and one earbud works in transparency mode while the other in noise canceling.
- they often lose connection with the phone and automatically pause the music because they think they've been taken out of the ear.
- the microphone isn't very good, during calls I've been told people can't hear me well and also in transparency mode the surrounding sounds are muffled.
- the app doesn't give you many options regarding the sound of the headphones, it only has 2 sliders for bass and treble.
The crazy thing is that through the app you can listen to music using a connection protocol that's only available through the app and the sound is truly amazing.
But it's not available for other apps like Spotify, YouTube music, etc.
