Thin wall heat-shrink tubing is used for insulating wire connections, in conductor repair to protect the cable head from corrosion, and to protect cable insulation from water and moisture, restoring the integrity of the cable insulation. It is a thin-walled plastic tube that shrinks to a specific degree at temperatures above 120°C. The material has high resistance to high temperatures and UV rays.
