  • I haven't enjoyed any other headphones more. They have the deepest and fullest sound I've ever heard. Amazing detail, clear bass, and incredible soundstage.
The big downside is their build quality; they last about six months, with a permanent fault at the cable base.

Very good headphones, excellent and clear sound, the only drawback is that they have almost no sound isolation! It doesn't bother me, but for someone else it might be an issue

I was a bit shocked. I have 2 more expensive pairs and I got these for my girlfriend. As soon as I tried them out of curiosity, I realized that with a little equalizer from the sound card, they perform:

    1: Philips SHP9500: 100-something euros
2: Bose QC2: 200+ euros and at one point they were 300

They are not as comfortable, but for their price, I don't even know how they exist. I don't even know what competition they have. Sennheiser HD 599? Those are also 100+ euros on sale.

But even there, I remember I kept the SHP9500, which now lose to the HD-681. It's extreme.

And for the quality I mentioned, it’s not impossible that they seem a bit strange to me since I've been wearing headphones for half the day already. Maybe with a more rested head, they wouldn't bother me at all.

Once, I reviewed 10 headphones every day, and this might be the first time I can confidently say, just buy them. They are incredible VFM.

The sound of these headphones is excellent for their price with strong bass for their type. Because they are semi-open type, they don't have great sound isolation from the environment. What I particularly liked is their stereo, especially in gaming, they help a lot. They also have very good reviews on well-known audio sites. I've had them for 2 months and I haven't seen any quick wear on the materials since at this price, that would be their weak point.

    * I recently bought the infamous Sony WH-1000XM4 and just when I thought I would have better sound, I was wrong. The HD-681 have a noticeably clearer and richer sound, especially in the high frequencies, than headphones costing 280 euros!! Is that even possible :) ! So I keep the Superlux on the PC and the Sony only for outside.

Positives: perfect sound, the best budget headphones for audiophiles.

Negatives: not comfortable to wear for long periods, and I'm talking purely about comfort. Also, others around you can hear what you're listening to, but who cares for that much money, you're doing your job. MY AUDIOPHILES

I bought these headphones according to the preference of an Australian YouTuber, as well as their review on rtings.com, and I have to say that they are the most comfortable headphones with a neutral sound under 100 euros. The sound isolation is zero, to the point where people around you can hear what is being played through them, but that's just their design. The sound feels like it's being played live right in front of you. For gaming, they are average, as they lack the necessary bass to meet the needs of someone in gaming. The build quality is terrible, but they are not fragile at all. Overall, they are perfect and worth buying.

I will start by saying that if you want headphones with a lot of bass and good sound isolation, look elsewhere. The HD681 headphones are studio headphones with neutral sound. In my opinion, they are the best headphones under 50€ as they have detailed sound with an open soundstage. Those who say they don't have bass obviously don't know about sound, these headphones have a very nice tight bass that doesn't overpower. Their almost non-existent sound isolation is due to the fact that they are semi open-back, which gives them a very large sound field. I highly recommend them if they fit your intended use.

    *I recommend EQ at 7k -3db

The design is a copy of the AKG K240, but all the parts are plastic (that's why they are so cheap). Their sound is neutral with a treble boost, I would say. The only reason not to get them is if you want headphones that others won't hear what you're listening to. If you don't mind and will only wear them when you're alone, there are no headphones at this price range that come close to their quality.

The best sound for the money it costs, but the cushions are not very thick and the ears may touch the plastic of the headphones. I also bought the velvet cushions, I recommend them.

With closed eyes, the best at this price! You have the feeling that you bought something very expensive. Incredible sound. I would recommend using Sonarworks for the best experience (there is an application on your mobile). It changes the original sound significantly and makes it ten times better!

P.S. It would be good to change the earpads. The earpads that come with it are leather and after an hour, it tires the ear. If you want to listen to music for more than an hour, I suggest getting the Velour ones. Also, a very big negative with the leather ones is that they wear out over time. While the velour ones last for years.

This review is about a variation of the product

For 20 euros, it is perfect in terms of sound quality. Their problem is mainly the build quality, especially the cable and cushions. Now, after 2 years, the cable is playing a little and the sound is lost. They are open headphones and have 0 sound isolation. However, the sound is perfect. I would buy it again.

The most annoying thing is that after a while, the ears hurt at the point where they touch. Overall, for their price, they are very good

  • I haven't enjoyed any other headphones more. They have the deepest and fullest sound I've ever heard. Amazing detail, clear bass, and incredible soundstage.
The big downside is their build quality; they last about six months, with a permanent fault at the cable base.

  • Very good headphones, excellent and clear sound, the only drawback is that they have almost no sound isolation! It doesn't bother me, but for someone else it might be an issue

  • I was a bit shocked.

  • The sound of these headphones is excellent for their price with strong bass for their type.
