The Gemma Cheerfulness daffodil bulb blooms in spring, producing small, yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers. The plant grows up to 30 cm tall and has narrow, green leaves. The bulb is sold loose, per piece.

Plant in autumn in light, fertile, well-drained, neutral or acidic soil, even in a lawn. It prefers sunny or partially shaded locations and tolerates very low temperatures. Remove spent flowers, but leave the leaves in place for at least 6 weeks after flowering to help the bulbs develop. It can be grown in flower beds, rock gardens and pots, and the flowers are also suitable for cutting. Propagate by dividing the bulb offsets in autumn.
