Instructions for use

Children: 1 - 2 sprays in each nostril 3-4 times a day.

Adults: 2 - 3 sprays in each nostril 3-4 times a day.

  1. During the first use, spray once to activate the system.
  2. Carefully insert the nozzle into the nostril, bringing it almost to a vertical position.
  3. Press the nozzle momentarily to achieve micro-diffusion and expel mucus from the other nostril.
  4. Allow the excess solution to flow out and then blow your nose.
  5. Wipe with a soft tissue and clean the nozzle with warm water and soap, rinse and dry.
