It does indeed heat up well for bread dough specifically, I believe it is not something that appears over time but rather its construction. Its price has increased compared to last year, but it is worth buying... maybe not at the current price but it is truly an investment!

    After 10 years it stopped working.
    The problems were that it had difficulty with doughs and overheated excessively, e.g. in the 20 minutes needed for the dough of a 600g tsoureki.
    The dough hook was replaced with a stainless steel one from Temu, which also has a collector for the oils that leak from the motor.
    It has been in service for three months and I am still waiting.
    If the repair is done, it will cost €178.
