It does the job, but unfortunately lice are something that keeps coming back. Compared to other anti-lice products, though, it is definitely better.

Wonderful product! I also got the corresponding conditioner spray for prevention, which smells like mango. Of course, you need quite a bit of product, about half for long, waist-length, and thick hair, and it lasts for the next treatment after 8-10 days when you need to repeat the treatment as required. However, after washing, you need to do a very thorough combing with a special comb to remove nits and possible lice, something most parents neglect because they think just a medicine will do the job. I should mention that the comb included inside is not good though. Personally, I use the nitty gritty comb. Their combination is PERFECT.

Bad, completely ineffective.
I'll start with the quantity, the bottle says 'for 4 heads.'
With long hair, two palms below the shoulder and thick, I need half for myself and a bit less for my child, who has similar hair.
We got lice for the first time, applied the product and did extensive combing, strand by strand, both of us.
For 3 days, we combed meticulously, the number of eggs decreased, we almost had none. I washed my child again, not on the 7th day as the instructions say, but on the 4th, because I wasn't convinced. Combed again, found a couple of nits. Combed the next day after the shampoo (which supposedly kills everything in 1 go...!!!) and I find a live louse on the comb!!!
Horror, zero results basically.
I don't understand why there's so much promotion from pharmacies.
It's unacceptable to find a live louse the day after washing.

The only thing that got the lice out of my daughter's head. The comb that comes with it is very effective, it leaves neither lice nor nits in the hair. With one application, everything is gone! I struggled for a week with the corresponding one from Frezyderm with daily treatment and combing and it didn't get anything out.

Don't look anywhere else..... my kids were infested a few years ago, it was impossible to clean their heads for 6 months. We tried everything, we used the comb every morning and night, but there was always one that escaped and we had to start all over again. We applied the Hedrin and the problem was solved the same night. It doesn't even smell. To get rid of the greasiness afterwards, apply the shampoo on DRY hair, rub it in, and then add water and do two more washes.
