Top-quality tsipouro is blended with thyme honey from the Mani region. The addition of cinnamon, clove, and other ingredients, along with the unique traditional production process, and the absence of sugar with the presence of only honey, create a premium distillate, transforming the homemade rakomelo we knew.

At home, one can enjoy it as a digestif after a meal, chilled in the summer. In winter, you can warm it in a small pot, to about 50°C, just enough to heat it without boiling.
