    Unfortunately, the device is for American specifications. You can also see the plug in the photo. The voltage is not correct, even with an adapter it did not work. You can see the voltage in the posted photo, 110V.
    Very careless company, and their support call center operates for very little time during the day.
    Fortunately, Skroutz exists and they managed to sort things out. Skroutz really had a very good and immediate response. I returned the product.
