The Orthia upper limb suspension envelope is designed to keep the forearm in the correct position after arm or shoulder injuries, post-surgery, or during cast application. It is made from a soft, hypoallergenic, and breathable fabric.

It features a strap for adjusting the desired angle of the hand and an anatomical pad at the point of contact with the neck to avoid friction and irritation. Inside, there is a special support socket for the thumb to rest the hand. Its placement is easy by the patient themselves using a clip.
