I have read quite a few comments saying that the motion sensor has a long delay, but this can be adjusted through the app. With the right settings, its response is very good. The lens is of good quality and person detection works reliably, with a very satisfactory range.

The mobile app is quite easy to use and keeps a detailed history of the recordings. I was also very impressed by the battery: after about 1.5 months since the first charge, it is still at 50%, even though there is quite a bit of movement outside the door.

Installation was also very easy. So far, honestly, I haven't found any significant downside.

Very good choice. Good image quality both in the morning and with night mode. It takes an instant photo when it detects motion and records video as long as you insert an SD card. For those who mention a delay in notification, it is something normal. It takes 2 seconds from the moment it detects motion until you receive a notification on your phone. The battery lasts at least 30 days before it needs recharging. It is also very good that it rings the call on your phone when someone presses its doorbell.

Nice case to replace the conventional peephole and have a camera at the entrance of the house without many cables and installations. Good communication with the mobile. Very satisfied with what it does. The battery seems to have good duration.

In November 2025 when I was looking for it, the camera was €90, I ended up buying it for €104 from Skroutz a month ago. I went to get it from a big store where it was available and they had raised the price to €149!!!! Unacceptable, all of them.
In general, very good camera, no disconnections, all notifications with a 2-3 second delay, but that's reasonable.
I also have the next model, the DP4C, on another door, which has a slightly bigger battery and charges with USB-C instead of micro USB that the DP2C has. They are exactly the same.
The battery lasts about a month as it says.

Of course, having it for only a year, I can't know how long its reliability will last. So far so good.
The only negative is that it takes a while to notify, a few seconds delay, meaning you won't get a notification immediately when someone appears at the door. However, in case of need, I will know that something is happening or that someone was outside even just a little while before.

Now, for those who complain about delays, they should first check their wifi connection and then the age of their mobile device. With FTTH connection and an Android 13 device or newer, notifications arrive almost instantly! As for those who say it's slow by a second, when just unlocking the door with your key takes at least three to four seconds, they probably have no sense of time or think Flash Gordon is going to break in.

All the money NO, but not this model. Mine is a more advanced model, the EZVIZ CP4, which I ordered from Amazon. It does its job too, but it's not like the one I have.

Very easy installation. Works without issues through Ezviz's cloud recording. A 30-day trial is also provided. I haven't tried it with an SD card yet. The battery lasts about 25-30 days.

I like that it fits in the eye and doesn't require installation. It has good image quality in the morning and at night. I don't like that in the morning if the person coming has light behind them, their face doesn't show up well. I also don't like that for it to detect, it essentially has to be right next to the eye. Also, at times it goes into hibernation and takes quite a while to detect. I believe it is expensive for what it provides.

It does what it promises. You have one month of free cloud, then you do your job with a micro SD. It takes a little time for your hands to get used to it, but it is easily placed and set up.

The product has very poor customer service. When you call them in China, they speak English with great difficulty. When the device is connected to the Internet, the customer service department has access to monitor as well. The camera cannot record to a hard drive, you have to purchase extra cloud services if you want the movements to be stored for a while.

Overall, it does not comply with European Union standards because they believe that the data is registered in China and they can do whatever they want.

It is activated with every movement. I am instantly notified of any presence. Several photos are stored every day. I delete the ones I don't need. I am satisfied so far.

Excellent product! The rechargeable battery makes it extremely functional. What elevates it is the ability to connect to the internet. It is both a doorbell and a WiFi camera with the capability to answer calls remotely.

It does what it promises in the description and the battery for recording lasts about every 10 minutes because it sees a road with relative movement keeps me around one week

3 years later the camera works flawlessly.
With all functions enabled and notifications sent every 1 minute!! It still keeps the battery for 2+ months (apartment building) without losing signal even once and of course detection.
It notifies you when it is out of operation, e.g. WiFi drop or shutdown due to zero battery so you can charge it in time.

Very good product, I bought it 10 days ago and connected it very easily. It can fit in almost all doors, as it comes with three different screw sizes depending on the width of your door. The battery seems to be very good, when I opened it, it was at 51% and with quite a bit of use for testing, as well as due to the holiday season, the battery is now at 39%. But in case you're away for many days and want to have peace of mind, you can connect a power bank to it and not worry. The image quality is very good and it performs very well in the dark. The only thing I don't like is that you can't see low down.
Until now, I was using the free trial on the cloud and it's really useful as it notifies you immediately on your mobile wherever you are. I will try it with the SD card to see how it works because the cost is high to have a subscription.
