το χρησιμοποιεις πρωι βραδυ μετα το καθαρισμο σε στεγνο και η λιγο νωπο δερμα ... επειτα βαζεις οτι αλλο σερουμ προσωπου θελεις και φυσικα μετα κρεμα προσωπου
