Amazing protein, I've been using it for years in the gym, I rate it a bit higher than Dymatize ISO 100. I got the vanilla flavor to be safe and it proved me right—it doesn't have a strong smell and with 3 shakes it dissolves completely in 300ml of water. Light taste and easy to drink. As for results, I've seen various improvements, especially when combined with L-Arginine, which I take separately 30 minutes before training and with proper nutrition!

Very easily water-soluble. I put a little lukewarm water at first, in half a minute it has dissolved and then I add 1.5% milk. The chocolate flavor is very nice! It is not overly sweet and I have had no side effects for a month now, like getting diarrhea as soon as I take it, like with some others, nor pimples nor anything else.

4 stars because the truth is that you do feel a bit of a "wake-up" after 4-5 days of using it morning and night, and later on, using it every other day, you feel ready without soreness, etc., and with plenty of energy... immediate recovery... it doesn't let you feel any soreness at all... it has some negatives, that's why one star less. First, in the first 2-3 uses, after 20-30 minutes, it really hit me... I was on the verge of stopping it, but then the issue settled... now, after 10 days, no discomfort at all... the second thing is the solubility; I mix it in goat milk (250 ml) and compared to other proteins, it falls short in solubility, and third and last, I personally don't like the taste, I give it a 6.7/10 for taste... overall a 7.8/10

I will say a few things... it dissolves very easily in water, 300ml one scoop... incredible taste, it's a bit sweeter than all the others but it's generally amazing, I always preferred iso whey. Also, there were some comments about the paper on the lid and the sealing of the protein and about strange smells I read in the comments. For me, the paper was stuck on the container and as soon as I opened it, it smelled like normal chocolate. By no means, if it's not stuck, it means something is wrong... and I would return it... Anyway, it gives you good energy... Now, I also read a comment about uric acid... in the next tests I do, I will come back to tell you... but for me, it's nothing like anything else I've tried, that's why I'm only sticking with this particular brand now

Coming from Gold Standard and having tried many proteins, I have to say that I haven't found solubility like this anywhere else. It was literally like putting cocoa in and stirring, not a single lump. Beyond that, the taste is just fine even though I'm generally not a fan of chocolate, but it didn't bother me; compared to other cookies and cream proteins I've tried, it's much better.

It is the tastiest protein I have ever tried. The first protein I am buying for the second time. It does not bother the stomach at all, it dissolves without leaving lumps, it is effective and also increases endurance during exercise.

Amazing product one of the best qualities in the market, before tasting it I was worried because many people were saying that isolate in general is not that tasty however the chocolate one is sooo good , I also was a milk with protein person for better taste but with this one water is so good so I switched to water(water is also better for absorption)

Very notable protein in terms of quality since it's the first thing I look at. 90% protein/scoop + creatine is an ultimate combo! Coming from Warrior Lab Whey Isolate (with which I didn't see any difference) and later from Warrior Lab Complete Growth (good but it was very heavy on my stomach). The chocolate flavor I got I don't like at all (of course, I don't like chocolate in any protein)! Next time I'll go for vanilla or strawberry. I take 2 scoops every morning (60g total of which 54g is protein, for after my workout I take the Bulk Mass from RGNS). However, every single time I take it, it creates an incredible feeling of hunger afterwards. In terms of solubility, it's very good. Very important that it doesn't contain gluten, lactose, palm oil!

I believe it does an excellent job as I have been using it for almost 2 months and I have noticed positive changes in my physique and strength. The creatine definitely helps as it allows me to take protein and creatine together. As for the taste, and believe me, I am very picky, the chocolate is satisfactory. I don't risk trying anything else. I am in the phase of buying the 3rd 2.2kg and I am checking if there is any offer as it is expensive (due to the creatine as well). When it approaches 80 euros, then I grab it to have a stock.

I really can't understand why someone who takes protein has taste as their main criterion and nothing else... This one is among the best, and personally, after a month of use, it has given me energy and at the same time strength during workouts. Bodymass The company that provided it to skroutz has terrible behavior and service. It's also the responsibility of skroutz for collaborating with them. The product, if opened, absorbs moisture and hardens within 5 days. Also, be careful with uric acid, it rises sharply due to the creatine it contains.

The best I've tried so far. Solubility is very good, the taste at first is a bit strange (I'm referring to the strawberry flavor) but it's fine. They don't add up the numbers, or am I maybe making a mistake? At 30 g it says it contains 27 g of protein and 3 grams of creatine, nice. And the rest?? Let someone who knows answer.
