Whatever it tells you in calories, reduce it by 30-50% to be within range. The rest it generally measures correctly. In swimming, it counts many meters because of the movement of the arms. Due to vibrations, it may count a few steps when you are driving.

Coming from the Band 4, the differences are huge. Much better screen, measurements, and GPS accuracy. The only drawback remains that, as with every model, the strap never lasts more than a year. Buy fabric ones from Temu for 2 euros.

The first one I had gave incredibly good readings. I lost it and bought the same one again because I was very satisfied. I have had it for 3 days, it looks nicer compared to the 5 or 6 I had, but not all of its functions work. It has a nice design... as shown in the photo, but now that it is summer it has turned off twice even though the battery is full. I had it in a bag at the beach and probably because of the heat it shut down. To turn it back on you have to put it on the charger. I would expect it to be more resistant to heat.

The best choice for someone who wants it as an activity tracker! I personally have a Casio G-Shock, but at the gym I use the Xiaomi Band 10

Classic band, does what it says. I got it for my daughter. She wears it all the time, she was excited about the color.
