Quite good for our little one (3 months old). It is good to first do nasal washes with saline in each nostril before every attempt at suction, so that the mucus softens and can be extracted more easily. The replacement nozzles included in the package are also useful and can be used multiple times (with washing and sterilization). Obviously, it doesn't suck everything, but it helps, even for a little while, in combination with the washes. Be careful not to use force when suctioning, so as not to cause damage to your baby's ears! (our pediatrician told us this!).

Amazing!! It really does a great job. Its nozzle is short so it doesn't go deep enough to irritate or hurt the little nose. Also, it is very soft, probably made of silicone. You don't need to constantly buy replacements, it cleans easily with water and is ready to go again. We have tried two other brands that are available in pharmacies but guys, this is the best. You always have it with you, you don't worry about running out of replacements and most importantly... it sucks!!!!!

Effective as the brand name equivalents. However, there is a great money saving because you don't need to constantly buy replacements. You just wash the tip. Also, the baby's nose is not hurt because it is made of silicone. Very good value for money

I'm thrilled! All the nozzles are made of silicone and really flexible. In the past, I had another device with spare parts that were not actually soft as the manufacturer claimed. The second positive element is that the attachments are washable and sterilizable, so you save the cost of replacements considering that cleaning the nozzle is a daily task.

Very good plunger! Especially for babies, it is convenient because the tip is very soft and not too long, so they don't get hurt! Also, you can wash it with hot water and you don't need to constantly buy a new tip!
