    What it measures, it measures. The thing is that the screen is terrible and you have to look at it straight on to see what it says, and even then only with good lighting. Another issue is that after some time it loses the reading and the screen shows nothing, and you have to press a button for it to display. For me, having it plugged in under the desk is not convenient at all; I have to bend down a lot and use a flashlight too. If I had known these things, I would have paid a little more for something more quality.
