I’ve bought 5 different creatines, and this is by far one of the best. I’ve just finished it, and it’s time to leave a review. At a consistent dose of 3–5 g per day, I noticed a real difference in strength and endurance. It dissolves easily without leaving any residue, didn’t cause me any stomach discomfort whatsoever, and has a completely neutral taste. It’s 100% worth the money and easily deserves 5 stars.
Very good product, it does what it promises. By the second day of taking it, I was already seeing results, and it gave me a good boost in reps and strength. No, it’s not just my imagination—not at all—because I know myself very well; the difference was noticeable. The packaging was perfectly fine; it arrived properly sealed. The scoop included holds 7 grams, not 5—I measured it on a scale. It dissolves well, is tasteless, and has no smell. I see some guys who, instead of paying attention to taking the supplement correctly, place a lot of emphasis on flavor and solubility when choosing a product, even though these are completely unimportant. We care about the results, not the taste—don’t get confused
Good evening guys, the creatine is just fine in terms of quality! It dissolves immediately on its own in water and also in protein shakes!! Value for money!!
Value for money!!
One of the best purchases I’ve made! I’ve seen tremendous results and I’m absolutely satisfied. Its solubility is excellent — personally, I don’t understand how it doesn’t dissolve well for others, because for me it dissolves effortlessly, with no problem at all. The one-kilo package at this price makes it an even better buy. For my own experience, it’s flawless in every way. I highly recommend it!
The Hiro.Lab 100% Pure Creatine Micronized Monohydrate in 1000 grams is a pure, unflavored creatine monohydrate, designed for those who want a large package at a low price and without unnecessary additives. The one-kilo package is relatively large. The creatine is micronized, meaning it has a finer grind, which helps with solubility and reduces the “grit” left by cheaper monohydrates. In water it dissolves quite well, not perfectly like Creapure, but definitely better than the older, coarser monohydrates. It has no taste, no smell, and does not leave any strange sensation in the mouth.
In terms of performance, it does exactly what a creatine monohydrate should do: increases strength, endurance, muscle hydration, and allows for more intense training. It has no additives, no fillers, no sugar or flavorings — it is pure creatine. The micronized form helps those with sensitive stomachs, as it is gentler and does not cause bloating compared to coarser versions. The quality is honest for its price, without reaching the level of Creapure, but for daily use it is absolutely sufficient.
The packaging is simple, in a bag with a secure seal and a scoop inside, and the product is ideal for those who want a large quantity at low cost. Hiro.Lab generally offers very good value for money and this creatine is no exception. It is a clean, reliable monohydrate that gets the job done without unnecessary “promises.” This is the first time I’m buying from the company and I’ll start trying the rest little by little.
Η Hiro.
Η Hiro.
Incredible in every aspect. It is literally a steal for the price. Also, personally, it dissolves perfectly for me. 10/10 value for money (very good quality)
Tasteless, clean, micronized, don't expect full solubility, only the Creapure type that cost a lot. I put a minimal amount of water in the dose, about a sip, so I can drink it like a shot and then another one for any residue. It is VFM and you can tell the difference after 15-30 days
It does what the others in the same category do; it’s just value for money for someone who doesn’t want to spend more money, or in my case, two of us use it and it will last us about three months.
I take it as an athlete to help me with endurance, speed, sprinting, and overall explosive strength. I noticed a difference after about 2 weeks with a loading phase. However, it doesn't work miracles.
