Okay, the price is a bit steep but it works wonders. For the wrists, it's a balm. For the neck, the same. And when you use it on the arch of your foot, it's like a specialist is giving you a massage. It hurts but makes all the right clicks. It also has the green light from my orthopedist.
It really takes effort to injure yourself. It hasn't happened to me.
