For male patients, start with the standard frame size

For female patients, start with the small frame size

• If the frame is too large, try the small frame size for a better fit
• If you first try the small frame and the frame sits too close to your patient's eyes, choose up to the standard frame size for a better fit
• If the frame is too small, try the standard frame size for a more comfortable fit

• Use the provided template and your judgment to determine whether a patient has a narrow or wide nose.
• If the patient has a narrow nose, place the blue/red side of the template under their nose. If the patient has a wide nose, place the gray/purple side of the template under their nose.
• If either the width or the length of the nose exceeds the margins of the template, increase the size (to Medium or Wide).
• Select the corresponding cushion from those provided.

• Bring the mask over your head and then lower it onto your face, making sure the elbow is at the center of the top of your head.
• Place the headgear at the back of your head and the cushion under your nose.
• Adjust the headgear until the mask and cushion feel comfortable.
• Disconnect the cover from the top of the frame and connect it to the air tube.
• Reconnect the cover with the air tube to the top of the frame.
