They helped me too with hemorrhoids along with Daflon. It just needs a few days to start working and for the difference to become noticeable.

It really does an amazing job. The bleeding I had stopped within two days. You can use it as many times as you want during the day because it is herbal and won't cause you any problems. From now on, I will always use it. I highly recommend it!

for fissure it does nothing, only a feeling of freshness from the mint, the pain remains, basically it tries to copy proctosynalar but without the active ingredients which also do nothing, get rectogesic and efecol with a doctor's prescription and that's it, nothing else will save you, after that only laser.

For me personally, as someone who has issues with hemorrhoids every time defecation becomes painful (irritable bowel syndrome), this is the only cream that acts in a targeted and effective way. It significantly and quickly relieves acute pain, cools the irritated area by taking away the "burning" sensation, and most importantly, it has a healing effect. I had tried various others, but none like this one! Highly recommended without hesitation!

It is indicated for hemorrhoids and fissures... it is refreshing and noticeably reduces itching, pain, and the burning sensation while simultaneously protecting the mucosa!
It contains organic plant extracts (ingredients from organic farming) and is suitable during pregnancy as well as breastfeeding.
It does not contain (as stated on the packaging) SLS and SLES, petroleum derivatives, parabens, PEG, colorants, or synthetic fragrances!!!
It was recommended to me by the gastroenterologist...
therefore, it is highly recommended!!!

Plant-based scam. It does absolutely nothing. All those who praise it have probably convinced themselves that it works. And I don't even have any particular problem that the "other well-known" ointment eliminates in 3 days. UNFORTUNATELY, you can't avoid the "other" well-known one, otherwise you'll be dragging yourself around for weeks if not months. I do not recommend it, I will not buy it again

For cracks like the ones I have, it is top. When you apply it, you feel a slight cooling sensation. It does not immediately relieve itching because it does not contain medicine, so if you have itching, you need patience. They healed very quickly and now I use it preventively since there is no restriction

It works, but do the following for better results: take some small pom poms, spread a small amount of the ointment, like a chickpea, and put them in the freezer!! Apply 3-4 in the morning, afternoon, and evening, leaving each pom pom or cotton ball in the area for around ten minutes.

The best!!! It does exactly what it promises and more! There is no other similar product!

The best product for the well-known problem... It's simply lifesaving!!! And the most important thing is that it's natural!!!

First of all, I want to say that the cream does what it promises but not in very advanced cases where medical care will be needed. At the onset of symptoms (itching in the area, swelling, appearance of blood, etc.), it is highly effective. With a balanced diet rich in fiber, without "spicy" additions (peppers, etc.), limiting standing as much as possible, using baby wipes instead of toilet paper, frequent lukewarm baths in the area daily with the use of some mild herbal soap, limiting time in the toilet (less than 10 minutes), and using the cream with a light application (daily) always with gloves in an amount about the size of 1 chickpea after bathing or after using the toilet with very good cleaning of the area beforehand, you will really get rid of the symptoms within 1-2 weeks and of course continue the process. If you do not see results, a visit to the doctor is mandatory.

I have been using it for a while and it is quite effective... it doesn't bother or leave a bad sensation like some others... and the most important thing is that because it is completely natural, the user can use it as many times as they want.

Wasted money... ultimately, anything that is herbal is difficult to cure... if you don't take medicine, it won't work... if you try to cure inflammation with herbal remedies, then good luck

Congratulations to whoever made it!!! It helped me a lot! More than the cream that the doctor made for me! It really does what it says. I go to the toilet and no longer bleed!!! So finally the crack that has been tormenting me for so long will heal! Of course, in combination, I added fruits to my diet, because everything plays a role in our toilet! Amazing cream.

Amazing cream, I saw immediate results! As soon as I feel discomfort, I use it and it instantly relieves me.

It didn't help me. On the contrary, I had severe side effects. However, I know cases where it helped them a lot and their problem was almost eliminated.

Relieves but no comparison to the result of the corresponding well-known pharmaceutical. Of course, the fact that it is herbal is a plus. That's why I bought it! So I recommend it when the symptoms are mild, but when there is a strong outbreak, corticosteroids are needed.

I wouldn't say it works miracles. I only used it a little bit when it was at its peak. It doesn't provide treatment at this dosage. It may require continuous use. However, I don't like that it stains the entire area when applied to an external hemorrhoid, you understand.

Excellent best than any other along with lepicol probiotics you forget that you have forever. I'm not joking.

Relieves yes, it requires multiple applications throughout the day for best results, definitely safer than cortisone, can be combined with topical antihistamines.

update: after one use I can say that yes, it does what it promises, it just requires patience.

My husband has been using it for three months and it has been a lifesaver! He doesn't want to change it! From what I understand, it provides him with great prevention and relieves him when he feels a little swollen.

Personally, it helped me a lot when my problem was at its peak. Since then, I have bought it at least three more times and I use it for maintenance. The fact that it is natural and allows you to use it as many times as you need during the day is particularly important.

It seems good to me, it relieves well. It gives you the feeling as if you have put a mint candy. It reminded me of the old cough drops.

I got it for my father, so I don't know if it worked and I don't want to know.
However, I didn't hear him complaining and he complains quite often. I suppose it did the job.

I had a crack in my rectum that wouldn't heal for two weeks. It healed completely and, most importantly, the pain stopped from the first use.
Update 10/06/22: I have recommended it to over 10 people with hemorrhoid problems and they all thanked me because they found relief from the first use. This cream is truly miraculous, words cannot describe it. Honestly, if you have an issue, don't hesitate, it's your salvation

Very good. I have read all the comments, of course I don't have such serious problems as the others. It was the first time something appeared that lasted 4-5 days, and as soon as I applied the cream, it immediately calmed down. From now on, I will be careful because I am also joining the Club

For hemorrhoids, it only offers a slight relief. It does absolutely nothing for stretch marks. It stains a lot. Useless in general. What's the point of the relief if you want to spend 20 euros a week, go get laser treatment.

Immediate relief, wonderful scent, creates a protective film in the sensitive area. Ideal for maintenance.

Excellent. In my case, the best among the plant-based products I have tried.
Very good for periodic maintenance of the area.

After a problem of many years, I finally found the cream that relieves me. Now I can sleep without discomfort and itching. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is that, as mentioned in another comment, it doesn't eliminate the problem, it just provides relief.
