    Unfortunately, it did not come with instructions on how to adjust the height. Luckily, our physiotherapist showed us. There is a plastic ring that can be removed and on the inside it has a metal safety that secures the cane at the desired height.
    I don't know about the other colors, but the red one is much duller than the vibrant color shown in the photo.
