Όπως (στο manual) οι φρέσκες σουπιές.. Δηλ. για ένα κιλό, χωρίς λάδι, 20-25 λεπτά, χωρίς αναδευτήρα, στο 2 η ένταση και στον αέρα με αντίσταση κάτω (το σύμβολο που έχει το "κιματάκι" κάτω και τον ανεμιστήρα πάνω)
