The Motorline LINCE400-D-falk-FULL-KIT motor kit automates a single-leaf swing garage door with a gate leaf weighing up to 250 kg and measuring up to 3 m wide. It includes a 230 W linear electromechanical actuator, an electronic control board with receiver in a weatherproof plastic enclosure, and two wireless remote controls. The actuator is non-reversible, permanently lubricated with grease, and has a usable piston stroke of 400 mm.

The kit also includes safety photocells, mounting brackets and pins, an 8 μF capacitor, a release key, and installation instructions. In the event of a power outage, the door can be operated manually after disengaging the actuator with the hex key. An electric lock is required for gate leaves wider than 2.5 m.
