The utensil is very good and very large (and does its job very well). However, the company did NOT send me the white one but a similar beige one which actually had a LOWER price by 3.5 euros WITHOUT INFORMING ME BEFORE OR AFTER AND OF COURSE WITHOUT REFUNDING THE DIFFERENCE. Normally I should have returned it but I couldn't be bothered to go through the process...

    For its price, it's just fine. However, compared to another one I have (much more expensive), it doesn't keep food warm for more than 1.5 hours unless you use it indoors. I should note that I'm commenting on outdoor temperatures of 10-15 degrees.
